INVOICE CLASSIFICATION
All purchases are identified by invoice code, which determines the applicable policy:

CW – Candle Workings (custom spiritual services; non-shipped)

PP – Physical Products (shipped tangible goods)

Services may also include tarot readings, energy work, or coaching
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept the classification shown on your invoice.
CANDLE WORKINGS (CW) – SPIRITUAL SERVICES
Candle Workings (CW) are custom spiritual services, not physical retail products.
By purchasing a CW service, you acknowledge and agree that:

No physical item is shipped

Services are energetically prepared and initiated on your behalf

Delivery is deemed complete once the service has commenced

CW services cannot be canceled, reversed, returned, or refunded

Claims of non-receipt are not valid
Once a CW service is started, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PP) – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Physical Products (PP) are tangible items shipped to the address provided at checkout.
By purchasing PP items, you agree that:

Shipping timelines are estimates only

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address

Lola August is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses
Damaged Items
Claims for damaged PP items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo documentation. Failure to do so waives any claim.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY (ALL PURCHASES)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

This applies to all CW services, PP products, readings, energy work, and coaching, without exception.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in violation of this policy may result in permanent refusal of future services and submission of documentation to the payment processor.
BOOKING POLICY (READINGS, ENERGY WORK & COACHING)
By booking any session, you agree to the following:

All bookings are final once confirmed

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable

Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals

Rescheduling is permitted only at Lola August’s discretion
You are responsible for ensuring availability and readiness at the scheduled time.
